The Raulf Hotel opened in the spring of 1928, complete with a bowling alley and the Strand Theatre. In 1957, a special event was held at the theater to present the world premier of the film “All Mine to Give.” As styles in hotel accommodations changed, the building was converted to senior citizen housing in the 1980s.
