A Saturday night can be spent in hundreds of different ways, but spending your night surrounded with the right people is what makes it a night to remember. Catching a movie you used to watch during your childhood, or reminiscing an unforgettable memory you created as a young and reckless teenager through a movie can be an amazing experience, especially if you watch that movie with the people you created those memories with. Visiting the Time Theater can be an unforgettable memory itself , watching a movie that everyone in the theater has seen before, knowing when to laugh, knowing when to be scared, and reminding yourself of that first date with your high school girlfriend, or that movie you saw when you were just a little boy, bringing your childhood and “the good times” back to life. Reliving your past through a motion picture film, and escaping the complicated intricacies of life, away from school, work, and the hundred of other stressors we face every day all disappear. Something as simple as rewatching one of your favorite movies with the people you love brings back the joy you once felt when you watched that movie in such a powerful way. It’s like visiting an old scrapbook at home, uncovering so many moments in your life you had forgotten about. The nostalgia rushing through your brain like a fast flowing river in the car ride home is something you’ll never forget, and what’s crazy is all of the satisfaction and love being felt, comes from a small community theater playing your favorite movie.
